What's your favorite part about teaching AVLI courses?

The level of student engagement is always surprising. I am a stranger to my students on the other side of a screen, but yet, they are as engaged (if not more than) my classes in-person.

What advice would you give to students considering taking an AVLI course or their parents?

The pace of online courses can be misleading. When under pressure academically, I have found students will lose their momentum online faster than in-person courses.

Students are students no matter where they are from or where they are living. They are human beings who deserve the best education that we can offer. I feel that AVLI has all the necessary components to do just that!
